One upload. The first pass runs trade by trade.
Architectural quantities are detected at upload: rooms, doors, windows and walls, named from the drawing's own labels and measured in SF, EA and LF. Detect All then runs the remaining trades across the set: electrical devices counted against the sheet's own legend, wire runs drawn or AI-suggested, plumbing fixture counts when you ask.

Automated takeoff, reviewed before it's trusted.
Every detection carries a confidence level. Sure things render solid; uncertain ones are flagged and queued for review, where you accept, reject or reshape them in the canvas, wire routes included. Anything the AI misses, you count or draw in the same takeoff. We publish no accuracy percentage; the flags are the honest version of that number.

Takeoff that doesn't stop at quantities.
Counts become a priced estimate with per-line provenance: library price, AI-estimated price, AI-estimated quantity. Your client signs a sealed, revision-bound proposal. When the drawings change, revision compare stages the difference as a change order in AIA G701 format, reductions as credits. Invoices (deposit, progress, final, retainage) go out with online payment and CSVs shaped for QuickBooks import.

What happens to your documents.

Your plan sets stay in your workspace, stored on Cloudflare R2. Remove a project from your workspace whenever you choose.
Detection runs through enterprise AI APIs under terms that exclude training on your data. Your plans never train AI models.
Client view structurally hides cost and margin columns. The shared page and PDF render from it, so margin can't leak.
The signed PDF is rendered once at signing, sealed and SHA-256 fingerprinted, bound to the exact revision signed. Every later download serves those same bytes.

The review is yours: uncertain detections are flagged and queued, and you accept, reject or reshape them before a number reaches the bid. We call that review-first: automated where the drawing is clear, flagged where it isn't.

We don't publish an accuracy percentage: no single number survives contact with a different office's drawings, and we have written up what every vendor advertises against what has actually been measured. What files does it read?
PDF plan sets, the format drawings are actually issued in. Vector PDFs give the AI exact line geometry; scanned sheets are read visually and labeled honestly when they're rough. It does not take CAD files or phone photos.
Where is Bildrix available?
Bildrix is built for US and Canadian construction projects. Pricing is in USD, electrical references follow NEC conventions, and measurements are imperial (feet and inches). If you're bidding work outside the US and Canada, Bildrix isn't a fit yet. We'd rather say that here than after you've uploaded a set.
