Founding pricing: the first 100 customers lock $149 a seat per month for 12 months, billed annually ($1,788 a seat for the year; list price $397 a seat). It costs less because founding customers do part of the work: real plan sets, straight feedback on what breaks, and a say in what gets built next, with a direct line to the team. Seats added later bill at the same founding rate.
AI takeoff tools mostly quote a price after a sales call. This table is the whole price: one figure per seat, the same rate whatever the size of your team. More than 20 seats is a conversation, not a different product.

Pro is $397 a seat per month, billed annually ($4,764 a seat for the year). Founding customers (the first 100) get $149 a seat per month billed annually: $1,788 a seat charged today for 12 months. Adding a seat mid-year charges the prorated rest of the year right away; removing one takes effect at renewal. You can cancel renewal any time from billing settings.
Nothing disappears. Pages you've processed stay viewable, takeoffs and exports keep working. Detection on new pages waits until you upgrade.
We don't quote an accuracy percentage; no single number survives a different office's drawings. Instead, every detection carries a confidence level, and anything the AI isn't sure about is flagged with a red dashed outline for review. You check what needs checking instead of silently re-checking everything.
Yes, as one workspace: everyone signs in as themselves and works on the same projects. Invite teammates during the free trial; when you upgrade, you buy one seat for each person.
PDF plan sets. Multi-page sets are supported, and pages are classified by trade automatically.
Bildrix is built for US and Canadian construction projects. It reads plan sets in imperial or metric units and can display quantities in metric and amounts in Canadian dollars in the app. The subscription is billed in USD; electrical references follow NEC or CEC conventions by job site (Québec's Chapitre V included). If you're bidding work outside the US and Canada, Bildrix isn't a fit yet. We'd rather say that here than after you've uploaded a set.
